What to say to your health care provider if you are in your 40s and want a mammogram or you have dense breasts and want an ultrasound.
- Women considered by the screening program to be at high risk of breast cancer due to a gene mutation, or radiation to the chest before age 30.
- Women with implants.
- Women with a history of breast cancer.
